    Erika Frazer, BSN, RN, NC-BC

    Erika has been a registered nurse in Arizona since 2014. Her own struggle with hormonal acne led her to KLEAR. She brings experience in cardiac progressive care, endoscopy and private contract nursing. In 2021 she became a director for Navi Nurses - a nationally recognized concierge nursing service in Phoenix, AZ.

    In 2022, she became a board-certified nurse coach specializing in holistic wellness. Erika champions a 360° approach to healing and keeps our team current on the latest gut–body–mind–skin research.

    Dr. David Glassman, DO, FACOG, EMIGS, OBGYN

    Dr. David Glassman studied molecular and cellular biology at the University of Arizona and earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 2002. After completing his residency in Phoenix, he spent years in private practice, worked as physician lead for Banner Medical Group and was part of the core teaching faculty at Banner University Medical Campus.

    He is now a gynecological surgeon at Advanced Women’s Care. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Glassman is dedicated to improving women’s health and helping clients achieve optimal wellness from the inside out.

    Erin Eisenhower, Licensed Esthetician

    Erin has been a licensed esthetician for 10 years and specializes in treating acne. Her own skin struggles inspired her passion for helping others find real, lasting solutions. She follows the KLEAR program herself and incorporates KLEAR products into every treatment.

    With over 1,000 clients cared for, Erin continually gathers insights on their needs, progress and results. Her hands-on expertise plays a vital role in shaping our product development and enhancing the customer experience - helping us create the most effective solutions possible.

    Dr. Sara Kritzer, MD

    Dr. Sara Kritzer earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Ohio University before completing her medical degree and OB/GYN residency at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center in 2013. She then moved to Chicago and joined Women’s Health Consulting. She has spent the past 11 years caring for women through every stage of life - from adolescence and reproductive years to menopause.

    We’re grateful for her expertise in female hormones and her dedication to supporting whole-person wellness.

    Macey Formanek, Holistic Health Coach

    Macey is a holistic health coach who specializes in healing the root causes of acne. Her passion comes from her own 6 year struggle with severe, cystic acne which began while she was a Division I soccer player at Washington State University.

    She studied biology and human nutrition before earning her Bachelor’s in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Arizona. After finding lasting skin relief through the KLEAR program, she pursued a Health Coaching Certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, focusing on hormone, gut and metabolic health.

    Macey combines her personal experience and expertise to help clients achieve their long-term wellness goals.

  • Whitney Carroll, M.Ed., NTP

    Whitney is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner dedicated to helping women heal from the inside out. After years of her own health challenges (including sudden adult cystic acne) she became a KLEAR client and discovered that lasting results come from rebuilding the foundations of wellness.

    Her approach centers on nourishing the body with a nutrient-dense diet, balancing blood sugar, optimizing digestion, supporting hormones, improving sleep and managing stress.

    She also uses targeted testing and lab insights to identify underlying imbalances and create a personalized path to healing for each client.

  • Capri Middleton, B.S. Biology & Biomedial Sciences

    As KLEAR’s wellness liaison, Capri helps guide our food education and ingredient philosophy.

    An advocate for regenerative farming, she is also the founder of Milk of Life—a plant-based milk company rooted in sustainability, clean ingredients and true nourishment.

    She is deeply committed to helping clients understand how nutrition, hormone balance, and environmental factors influence the skin’s natural healing process.
